Damian Bell
Damian has lived in Tanzania for over 15 years and has committed his life to Tanzania and its peoples. He has a personal agenda to support the Tanzanian policies to fight poverty through education, health and supporting the economy. He has done this by both supporting the Tanzanians' role and participation in the growth of the tourism industry of which he has been involved with for these 15 years and supporting different communities with education and health initiatives. He lives in Arusha with his wife and two children.

William Joseph
William was born in Mpanda, western Tanzania and started life as an acrobat. He then travelled looking for a life in Zambia and Zaire and finally landed in Arusha. He started in the safari business first as a casual labourer and when Maajabu got it's projector, William started to help with the shows. Now William coordinates and organizes all the film shows. He would like to learn more about communities and environmental issues that affect these communities. William lives in Arusha with his wife and son.. William holds position of Field Guide in Honey Guide Foundation. Willy’s interests are long distance walking and cycling.

Gladys Lendii
Gladys was born in Tingatinga village; West Kilimanjaro . She has National Diploma in Nature conservation from South Africa (Tshwane University of Technology) iin Pretoria which she gained a scholarship for. Before she was working with the Government of Tanzania in an ant-poaching unit in Manyoni, Singida Region. She also holds a field guide position in the Honey Guide Foundation. She lives in Arusha with her son. Exploring nature is Glady's favourite past time. .
